Complimentary Stories in One Book
Great Compilation of Chris's Books!

The best spooksville.
It is a good book and it has a lot of action

I eventually got a copy...!As detailed accounts of pike and their captures as still exist are provided in this who's-who of hairy-chested pike. The work that this must have entailed hardly bears contemplation, but that Mr Buller took it on is something for which I'm really grateful.
That he knows his stuff about pike is clear. That he writes about his specialism with common sense and real objectivity is very refreshing.
I wish that someone had re-printed "Domesday" years back - I'd have been first (or thereabouts, anyway) in the queue.
If a copy comes up, and you've got enough cash to meet the price, don't miss it. Buy it. Especially if you're Irish, since there's a disproportionate amount of Irish fish in his list of Mammoth Pike.
After reading this, you'll want a bigger boat.
Interesting list of the best pike of the Britain and Ireland

I Wish I was There!
I Was Engulfed!

i think this book rocks but is also sad.
Cool man!!!

The best book in the world
Ghetto Shanghai review

The best all-around book I have found.I found the Insight Guide at my local library after I returned, and I am convinced this is THE single book anyone with more than a passing interest in Australia should buy.
The very heavy paper presents the beautiful color pictures in high resolution, and the articles are written in a complete yet entertaining style. Australian artwork highlights the history section. The sites of interest descriptions are entertaining and concise. I actually did not read the last section (travel tips)in depth since I had already returned from my vacation, but even without that section the book would be a great read.
This is NOT the book to carry with you on your vacation - there are plenty of other lighter guides that have more useful trivia like hotels and restaurants. This is the book to read and enjoy before you leave home. It is an excellent overall introduction to the country.
My daughter is beginning to study Australia in her 2nd grade class - I have ordered a copy to let her take to school.
I highly recommend this book. At the very least, check it out of your library to look at the pictures.
A wonderful book show me a beautiful Australia.I like all of Insight Guide, and this is the best one.
I like Australia,I want living there

Great police murder mystery
Mute Witness, Bullit

GREATEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scary!

Great thinking!
Seems best of all Spooksville books!
Witch, one of Pike's earlier books, adds the supernatural aspect to the set. A masterpiece alone, Witch involves secret powers, ponds that show the future, and a love that cannot die.
See You Later is the science fiction book of the set. Lovers that fall in love throughout several different lives find each other every time. A timeless story of love and powerful twists in plot.
Die Softly is the demented mystery with a very twisted plot. Girls who are drug adicts, boys taking pictures of girls in the locker rooms, murder: this book has it all, and it adds all of it to the book set.
And Fall into Darkness, again, has a twisted plot. Two brothers, one dead girlfriend, and another live one looking for the true killer. This book was made into a made for TV movie. It adds suspense to the book set.
Overall, these four books are four of Pike's best. They are all earlier books of his that show his true, raw writing style. He can turn a book out from any sense of style.
